Sharing your faith at work can feel delicate, especially when it comes to your boss. Yet, your workplace relationship offers a unique opportunity to reflect Christ’s love and truth in a natural, respectful way. Here are practical steps for sharing the gospel with your boss wisely and lovingly.

Pray for Wisdom and Opportunity

Before you say a word, pray for guidance, boldness, and the right timing. Ask God to soften your boss’s heart and open doors for meaningful conversations (James 1:5; Colossians 4:3-4).

Build Genuine Relationships and Trust

Faith sharing flows best from authentic relationships.

  • Show respect, diligence, and kindness in your work.
